Shipping Coverage

  1. We currently ship only within the United States.
  2. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Costs

FREE SHIPPING on all orders (no minimum purchase required).

Order Processing

  1. Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
  2. Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Standard Shipping

  1. Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  2. Transit Time: 6–8 business days
  3. Total Estimated Delivery: 7–10 business days from order date

Shipping Delays

While we strive for on-time delivery, rare delays may occur due to:
  1. Carrier logistical issues
  2. Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, strikes)
If your order is affected by a delay, we will notify you via email.

Failed Delivery & Address Issues

Incorrect Address or Missing Recipient:
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or recipient absence, it will be returned to us. We will either:
  1. Issue a full refund (including shipping costs), or
  2. Reship to the correct address (if provided).
Carrier-Related Failed Delivery:
If the carrier fails to deliver (e.g., lost or returned due to carrier error), we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:
  • If your package has not been delivered within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at service@kafpoint.com for replacement or refund.
Damaged Packages:
Report damaged items within 30 days of delivery.
Provide clear photos/videos of both:
  1. The damaged item
  2. The original packaging
Email evidence to service@kafpoint.com for resolution.

Wrong Address After Shipping

  1. If notified before shipping, we can update the address.
  2. If the order has already shipped, address changes are not possible.
  3. For returned packages due to wrong addresses, we will either:
  • Reship to the correct address (customer provides correct address), or
  • Issue a full refund upon receiving the returned item.

  1. Taxes: All applicable sales taxes are included at checkout. No additional charges will apply on delivery.
