Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship only within the United States.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Costs
FREE SHIPPING on all orders (no minimum purchase required).
Order Processing
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
- Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Delays
While we strive for on-time delivery, rare delays may occur due to:
- Carrier logistical issues
- Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, strikes)
If your order is affected by a delay, we will notify you via email.
Failed Delivery & Address Issues
Incorrect Address or Missing Recipient:
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or recipient absence, it will be returned to us. We will either:
- Issue a full refund (including shipping costs), or
- Reship to the correct address (if provided).
Carrier-Related Failed Delivery:
If the carrier fails to deliver (e.g., lost or returned due to carrier error), we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages:
- If your package has not been delivered within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at service@kafpoint.com for replacement or refund.
Damaged Packages:
Report damaged items within 30 days of delivery.
Provide clear photos/videos of both:
- The damaged item
- The original packaging
Email evidence to service@kafpoint.com for resolution.
Wrong Address After Shipping
- If notified before shipping, we can update the address.
- If the order has already shipped, address changes are not possible.
- For returned packages due to wrong addresses, we will either:
- Reship to the correct address (customer provides correct address), or
- Issue a full refund upon receiving the returned item.

- Taxes: All applicable sales taxes are included at checkout. No additional charges will apply on delivery.
